Our Story
In 1947, the original Mr. Zerbe started making kettle-cooked chips in a small garage in Denver, Pennsylvania. The chips soon became a hallmark of the small community, as the aroma of fresh chips became a familiar scent. The chips were sold straight from the factory, and soon at local farmers markets. More than forty years later, the business was acquired by Brian Nissly. A Denver local, he had long loved the chips, but he also had ideas for expansion and innovation.
